1. Check In time is after 3pm CST and Check out is no later than 11am CST(early check in or late check out must be approved)
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit
3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions
4. Damage/Reservation Deposit - A damage/reservation deposit of $200.US is required. This must be received with seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however; it is fully refundable within (3) business days of departures, provided the following provisions are met:
a: No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b :No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c: All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpsters and previously used dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started.
d: All keys are to be returned to the Property Manager upon departure and inspection.
e: All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f: No lines are lost or damaged.
g: No Early Check in or Check Out, unless previously approved.
h: Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
I: The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by the Resort.
5: Payment- An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 120 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit, the Balance of Rent is due sixty (60) days before arrival date.
6: Cancellations - A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50.US whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any frefund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. See item mumber seventeen (17) of this contract.
7: Monthly reservation cancellations - Monthly renters much cancel one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to check in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check in.
8: Maximum Occupancy - Maximum Occupancy of the unit is determined by the Condo Association Bylaws.
9: Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the the full three day rental rate.
10: Inclusive Fees - Rates include a one time linen-towel setup.
11: No Daily Maid Service - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however; maid service is available for an additional charge. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or lines to be taken from the unit.
12: Rate Changes - Rates are subject to change without notice.
13: Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false prentence will be subject to fortfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
14: Written Exceptions - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
15: Parking Passes - Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking passes on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of the vehicle at the renter's expense. Please leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure.
16: Hurricane or Storm Policy - No refunds will be given because of adverse weather.
17: Travel Insurance - We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
18: A $200.US Security Deposit is required on all rentals, this security deposit will be returned via Bank Draft, within 3 business days of a successful departure.
19: Use of Playa Blanca Hotel property is on a pay for use basis, wrist bands can be purchased from the hotel Front Desk.
